a quick complaint
Apologies for the delay in posting as I have been up to my elbows in other projects, including edits on the forthcoming book, Rosé All Day (Abrams, 2017).
One of the forces propelling me to write the book was the near-total lack of solid information on rosés. These lovely wines aren't discussed much at wine-trade conferences. They don't get much attention in regional wine guides. And wine encyclopedias? Oy vey.
I can't find any mention of the Spanish rosé style known as clarete in The Wine Bible. And here's what little I found in The Oxford Companion to Wine.
